S.C.A.R.P.A was founded in 1938 by a member of the Guinness family to give the leather craftsmen of Asolo in Italy an organisation in which to expand their skills and market. Run by the Parisotto family since 1956, Scarpa use high quality materials and traditional skills to make comfortable and durable footwear. Their boots and shoes have a worldwide reputation and get used from Himalayan peaks to gentle lowland strolls.
